Feel Better in Body and Mind

Welcoming yoga classes in and around Keyworth, Nottinghamshire.

I provide open class sessions, 1-2-1 and small group sessions. I also offer corporate and kids Yoga sessions.

What can Yoga do for you?

After a busy day, Yoga will leave you feeling calm and relaxed.

Over time you will also find that your strength and flexibility is improved. Yoga has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety and depression.

I am passionate about Yoga and love seeing how each of my students take something different away from our sessions.

About me

My name is Irene Taylor and I am a certified Yoga Alliance 200 hour and YMCA Award level 3 Yoga teacher and have been practising Yoga since 2003.

I first started doing Yoga to keep my body toned and to feel more relaxed, and discovered that it also helped with the stress and anxiety that I used to suffer from. It has stopped me worrying unnecessarily, kept my mind calm and focused, taught me to be mindful and in tune with my body, helped me to become the person I'm meant to be and of course kept my body strong, flexible and healthy.


I live more in the present moment now than ever.

You and Yoga

Everyone starts Yoga for different reasons, and I promise, you don't have to be bendy or fit to start Yoga.


It is accessible to you no matter where you are mentally or physically.

You will always receive a warm friendly welcome and I will help and guide you on your Yoga journey.
