Want to glimpse what mental freedom feels like?


Wouldn't it be lovely if sometimes our mind could be calm and quiet and we could just be.

It's called becoming present.


Yoga teaches us how to do this.


When we go into a pose, we become fully present. We focus in on our pose and what our body is doing and feeling, we focus in on our breath and our mind becomes still.


No thoughts, no stories, no expectations, no inadequacies, no planning, no problem solving, no multitasking, no decision making, no sense of lacking, no narrative.


Try it.


Detach yourself from your thoughts


Just be


Be present

And when this happens you feel a sense of real freedom.


You choose to not be your thoughts.


You choose to be fully present.


You choose freedom over your mind.
