Feel Like Making Yourself Feel Amazing Today?

Some days something very simple can make us feel amazing. Sitting down and really appreciating a cup of tea, taking a mindful walk on the grass with bare feet, having a big bear hug from our children or partner.
So my challenge to you this week is to see if you can make yourself feel amazing with Yoga.
See if you can find a Yoga pose or Yoga breathing technique that makes you feel good.
Have a tune into your body or mind and have a think how you and your body or mind are feeling.
Do you feel stressed? Do you feel stiff and where? Do you feel in need of strength! Do you feel you need nurturing etc?
See if you can find a pose or breathing technique that helps you feel better and more at ease. Experiment a bit.
If you're not sure, then ask me and I'll give you some suggestions.
Afterwards, have a tune into your body or your mind again and see how you feel now. Better?
Mine today is Standing Forward Fold (Uttanasana). I really fealt like I needed a back of the legs stretch for achy legs and fold forward for comfort, nurture and de-stress.
Feel free to try this every day of the week.
