I'm now offering kids yoga!

Kids yoga is a great way for little ones to get some exercise and learn to calm themselves down and to quieten their minds when needed. And we have a lot of fun!!


I did a little session for Windmills Pre-school at Crossdale Primary School in Keyworth as part of their health and fitness week. We practised our breathing, learnt some new yoga poses in line with the Gruffalo story book and then all snuggled up for a little calm, quiet relaxation at the end to some lovely music.
