New Beginners Yoga Class

New morning yoga class starting in Willoughby on the Wolds in January.

First session is free, so come and try it out.

Come and join me and see what great things yoga can do for you. Our weekly session will be in the lovely Willoughby on the Wolds Village hall on Fridays at 10am. 

Mats and all equipment are provided.

Everyone starts Yoga for different reasons, and I promise, you don't have to be bendy or fit to start Yoga. It is accessible to you no matter where you are mentally or physically.

You will always receive a warm, friendly welcome and I will help and guide you on your Yoga journey.

After one of my Yoga sessions, you will leave feeling calm and relaxed.

​Over time you will also find that your strength and flexibility improves.

​Yoga has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety and depression too.

I am passionate about Yoga and love seeing how each of my students take something different away from our sessions.
