Importance of breath on the mind

I love this quote. It perfectly explains the impact one has on the other (the breath on the mind). This is the reason we really work on the breath in Yoga. We learn to control the breath through Pranayama such as Anuloma Viloma and Ujjayi among others, which in turn stills the mind. Controlled, calm breath equals controlled, still mind.
