Constant notifications, emails, messages, WhatsApp groups, social media, work, coordinating home and kids schedules, social engagements....that's a lot for our brains to take all the time! Let's try and give our minds a break and still our minds from time to time. Try it....it can seem very hard especially when we lead very busy lives.
