In one of my classes last week, I was again reminded of the importance of something in Yoga. Progress over perfection. Each time we step on the mat it is good to gently remind ourselves of this.
The progress on our own individual journey we take is what really matters. We all start from different starting points.
We slowly work and discover things about our bodies and minds, what works, what makes us feel better.
We find what needs attention and we give it some time and love
