I am grounded!
I don't know about you, but I'm finding that creating some sort of routine and regular things to do for myself that are the same every week are really helping me in this time of uncertainty. It's definitely helping to keep me grounded and feel some sort of normality in this ever changing situation. How about you? Are you able to keep yourself feeling grounded at the moment?
